My doors and window Project

I decided to completely close the cab to fight the often 5 or event 0 deg.F that we get up here in Montreal area.

To resume the whole thing, i wanted a window frame that can bolt on the ProArmor door with lexan windows that will seal on my cooter brown hard top. I know ProArmor already sells a kit with a soft top but with all the equipments I have on the top, this is not a good option for me so i decided to do them myself.

Anyway, I just started the project and it is still in progress and i will post pics as it goes along.

To start, i can tell you right away that the ProArmor doors are the worst kind of door to do that type of project since they have full holes all around the skin and the frame but since i did not want to sell them at a lost to buy different kind of doors, i decided to tweak them to seal them all around properly. So, if you want to do this type of project yourself and do not have doors yet, don’t buy those unless you want to do what i did... Believe me the seals and plastics will stay even in the summer months, only the window will come down.
