RZR 800LE; Price?

What do you suppose is a fair buy for a new, from a dealer, 2013 RZR 800 Nuclear Sunset LE nowadays? It has a few add-ons. Any input would be appreciated.

Details (if you're bored):
We've only had one side x side and that was an '05 Ranger 700 XP. I have some saddle time in a few Rhinos, and I've spent a minute or two in a Can-am Commander 800 and a RZR 800 with a long arm. It seems to me all the bikes out now have their own advantages and disadvantages. My wife and I leaning towards the RZRs because the cab is more quiet than the others and they don't have the heat issues that some of the others do. We'd love to have a 4-seater for grandkids and those other occasions when more than two seats would come in hand (honestly it'd be great for the dogs). But more than that, we want a bike that is fun. Most of our riding will be for a few hours or an afternoon starting right out of the driveway. We test rode a RZR 900-4 and we couldn't hardly quit grinning. Now I know the 800 is no 900 when it comes to HP or suspension (the 900 is out of our budget range, we decided) but we'd like something fun nonetheles. We did have a lot of fun with the Ranger, but something sportier is what we're interested in now.

Obviously we are looking to get a new bike. We live in The Southwest so there is a lot of desert riding. We're a few hours (by bike) to some mountains with some very poorly maintained roads. We don't need a 50" bike, but I wouldn't mind being able to do some of the trails around Marysvale where the width is restricted. Also it's small and light enough to fit on our little trailer.
