I tried to call, leave messages and emails with Kristy and Caleb and no reply releasing your busy but it looks like this is my last resort.
I purchased (pre-sale) a compact firestorm heater in late Oct. I installed it after I received the correct bracket. I followed the directions and once installed it barely put out any heat so I called asked for a tech and spoke to Caleb (in Nov) he advised me to hook up the core to a garden hose to make sure no air was trapped inside.
I did this with no results. What I have found is that if I completely block off the upper radiator hose after the y fitting I get heat to the core once the thermostat is open. Other systems utilize the thermostat bypass circuit to get constant heat regardless if the thermostat is open or not.
This is what other members have advised me to do to get your heater to work as advertised.
My question is do you have a fix for me or do I need to basically re-plumb the heater the way it should have been done in the first place at my own expense?
