I just had my front differential replaced on my 1000 under warranty. It had 150miles on it and the cage broke which caused it to be in 4wd all the time. so I get it back and took it out in the snow today to spin around and I heard a loud bang and now I don't have 4wd. the new diff has 10 miles on it and its broke already. It broke when I was spinning in 4wd in the snow (low traction and not spinning real hard just sliding around in 8 inches of snow frozen ground). I've read everywhere and I don't see where others are having this problem but I can't believe I'm the only one since this is now 2 diffs in less than 200 miles??? I am running 30" tires but i know allot of you are running the 30" tires and I feel like and couldn't have been putting that much torque on the diff when im basically riding on ice. Anyone else having issues with the front differential?
