Sand - 10" wide rim in front?

I notice everyone runs a 7 or 8" wide wheel in the front and 10" wheel in the back for dunes riding. Why not run a 10" wheel in the front?

Main reason I ask is I bought some beadlocks and they shipped me all 14x10s instead of 8s and 10s. Should I be concerned about using them?

EDIT: These will be ran on a XP1K. I havent test fit them yet but plan to do so tomorrow (My torque wrench wasnt working, so I didnt finish setting the tires).
