pro armor issues?

Anybody else having issues with Pro Armor cages and doors? Their prices are about the same as everyone elses but their quality and customer service are not even comparable. The cage I bought for an xp was fine for the most part but the large allenhead screws that go thru the back dont fit in the holes that were machined out for them. ALL 8 OF THEM. The roof they sell doesnt have quite the same bend as the cage so it just looks odd.. The doors have a new latch style and will open randomly. To make the situation better... getting any customer service help from them seems nearly impossible. Anybody have any advice?
