I've owned a 800s for 2 1/2 years up until march 14th,2014 when i bought a 2012 n.o.s. xp 900. Put 7100 miles on our first machine out enjoying upper michigans great outdoors. Unfortunately, the new xp900 I bought had a bad engine. 25 miles on the machine, 4 of which i put on , celebrating my new purchase around the neighborhood when my engine failed.Now I'm without a machine and I'm learning what an unsupportive company Polaris is.Yes, my forum membership is a loaded one. I'm trying to find an acceptable end to my problem,but Polaris is unwilling to work with me so far. Is it asking too much for a complete new engine to be sent to my dealer asap, so I can get my machine back? A completely new 2012 replacement would be the proper resolution to my dilemma as far as I'm concerned. Been without my machine for 11 days already.Looks like I'm gonna be a Can-Am owner after this.
