Well, its time to sell my rzr...
This is the 2009 Rzr originally built by Jagged X for the Destination Polaris TV show.
Some of the goodies:
-1.5 custom cage, main section is chromolly
-Aluminum roof
-Elka Elite shocks, you can adjust a lot on these, rebound, how stiff they are, ride height, etc.
-ATF fuel cell in back
-Racing seats, lowered 3-4 inches
-Simpson 5pt harnesses
-S&S cycle valve/cam kit, and aftermarket exhaust. has a really nice throaty sound, and a noticeably different idle.
-Rzr S clutch
-Boat sides with aluminum armor
-Full aluminum flat skid
-30 inch BFG KM2 mud terrains, 15" ITP SS wheels
-Billet hubs
-8" over stock gorilla axles
-8" over stock Trophy engineering long travel suspension, this makes it wide and very stable
New mods:
-Billet motor mounts
-New HD rear diff, with NEW bearings. Just installed in the past year, spent $1300 on this upgrade alone.
-removable .375" thick lexan half windscreen
Few issues: Last trip out i destroyed the uniballs in the front suspension. I threw together the front arms using 3/4 heims to get it back driveable. The arms are now mismatched. I got a quote from LSR for a set of new 8" over arms for just the front, it was around $900. You could also work with Jagged X or Trophy engineering to get a new front set, or fab your own.
Since adding the billet motor mounts, it stiffened everything up, this causes it to have some vibrations...its not terrible, and i have fixed a lot of it, but just want to be upfront. It would be easy to take stick on door seal/rubber liner and run it around the edge of all the panels that are vibrating.
Now, back to the good news, this rzr comes with a 6x10 utility trailer, with ramp. It is the perfect size for it, clears with a few inches on each side. I have the title to the trailer, it is only a few years old, and in great shape.
This rzr is a blast to drive, and is amazing on the trails. I have been all over TN in it, it climbs like no other. I have the title in hand, someone needs a new toy! With just a little bit of work you can have a bada$$ rig that will conquer most trails without issue, and for MUCH less then the price of a new one.
