you will need to remove the two ridges on the cover. I used a flap wheel on a grinder.

make sure that it is flush with cover so vent will stick to a even surface.

next get a 2" hole saw and drill your holes.
make sure to re grind the cover to insure it is flat. also remove all burrs.

clean the cover that the vents will stick to with alcohol .

when ready remove all white backing on vent. you should be able to see thru it.

the glue is on the outside and is very sticky. so try not to handle very much.
now apply over your holes
