Control Arm Tightness

I have installed super daves bushings on my 570. When I try and move the rear and front arms now they are very tight. Like I have to put a decent amount of force to move them with my hand. I'm testing this by connecting everything but the shock. Would this cause a harsher ride since it is hard to move the arms this translating more bumps to the cab? How hard is it to move your
